Advait is a Sanskrit word meaning "non-duality" or "oneness". While the prevalent education systems of today are welldesigned to offer knowledge and skill-based training, they lack in addressing the individual's need for wholesome development and oneness with the world. Advait seeks to promote creativity, wisdom and integrity among professionals and students by addressing the way they are trained or taught. To this effect, Advait harnesses the power of literature, stories and other works of natural arts. Presently Advait is imparting training to over 40,000 students, faculties and professionals with a dedicated People at the Core of around 50 faculty members and is growing at a swift pace.

The desired candidate profile that we are looking for

Skills
Should be an excellent communicator. Ability to develop original content and high degree creativity is required. An ability to interpret and apply literature (poems, stories) is most welcome. In terms of MBA stream, HR/Marketing are likely to be a better fit.

Attitude
Should be an inward-focused, self-development seeking individual. Problem-solving attitude is a must. High levels of motivation and value-clarity required. The candidate must have a keenness for development of others. Should have a deep interest in holistic life-education. It’s not atypical corporate job and only those with offbeat life aspirations would enjoy it.

Travel
The candidates must be prepared for outstation travel and deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Training Sessions
based on topics like Awareness, Opinion Formation, Creativity,Individuality, Communication and Motivation.

2. Project management
The incumbent would be handling one or multiple projects including issueslike quality assurance, logistics, relationship management and all other aspects of project management.

3. Business Development
At an appropriate stage, the incumbent would take up the responsibilityof taking the concept of Advait to the market in order to generate Business.

Current Openings:

The hiring is open for the following two profiles:

Profile
Management Trainee/Assistant Manager

The work would involve 3 distinct, though inter-related, aspects:

1. Conducting training and development sessions .
2. Managing Projects.
3. Business Development.

The candidate must be able to take up all the 3 responsibilities.

Kindly note:

The incumbent must have sound reading skills and a love for literature - poetry, short stories etc.

The incumbent should preferably have been active in debating, dramatics etc

The work requires outstation travel and deployment. Only those willing to travel outstation sometimes upto 5days a week, need apply.

This is not a profile for those who are looking to remain within mainstream corporate jobs. Only those who value creativity, expression and learning more than anything else would find a fit.

Profile
Visiting Faculty members (Part-timers):

For a part-timer, the work would be to conduct training and development sessions at Advait's client sites.
